AAMAC Franchise Terms and Conditions:-
- Lab coat is mandatory for every
student. A nominal fee in this regard is chargeable form every student at the
time of admission. Penalty may be levied in case of non-compliance
- Student must submit a valid
identity & address proof along with all other necessary educational documents.
Franchise holder shall coordinate with the students for document submission within
stipulated time. AAMAC shall not take any responsibility for delay in
examination or practical due to delayed submission of all the required
documents.
- Minimum attendance (as per
university norms) for every student is mandatory. Franchise holder need to
submit compiled attendance data for all the students on a monthly basis.
- In case of any compelling
requirement related to the course, Master trainers from AAMAC shall be
available on an prior appointment basis. For these specific consultation
sessions, reasonable lodging & boarding arrangements are to be made by the
local franchise holder.
- Private training of any student in
any form is strictly discouraged. In case of any violation the franchise
license may be cancelled with immediate effect.
- Security of students lies with
Franchise holder.
- AAMAC shall charge 35% of the
total course fees per student at the
time of admission.
- Franchies fee and Course fee are
non-refundable & non-transferable.
- Products for practical consumption
shall be provided once as FOC. In case of additional requirement the same could
be purchased from AAMAC.
- Loss or damage of products or equipment
shall be borne by franchise holder.
- In case of cancellation of agreement,
the right over equipment shall remain with AAMAC.
- This agreement shall be renewed
every year unless pre specified .
- AAMAC reserves the right to
suspend franchise agreement in case of non-performance by giving 15 days
notice.
- The list of the holidays shall be
intimated by AAMAC.
- Student toolkit is to be provided
by AAMAC on chargeable basis.
- Franchise holder shall arrange and
maintain sufficient training faculty.
- Hair training doesn't include Hair
Weaving or Hair Extensions and make-up training doesn't include Permanent make
- up unless pre-specified.
- Need based extra classes on
chargeable basis could be provided by mutual consultations of franchise holder
and AAMAC management
- Verification of students
credentials shall remain the responsibility of franchise holder.
- Any dispute is subjected to
Chandigarh Jurisdiction
Students Terms and Conditions:-
- I am joining this course after being completely satisfied by the courses
and methodology of cosmetology training provided by AAMAC.
- At AAMAC, I shall be trained for skincare segment of cosmetology, and I
have been briefed that no other area like Hair care and/or Make-up training are
part of this training program being facilitated by AAMAC.
- For outstation students theory classes shall be provided through on-line
medium.
- Practical classes and sessions for all the students will be conducted at
the AAMAC or AAMAC certified center locally and for that student need to make
their own lodging & boarding arrangements. AAMAC does not provide onsite
accommodation.
- AAMAC will not be responsible for results of the university examination.
- Fees once paid will not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances.
- Any legal issue shall be subjected to Chandigarh Jurisdiction.

- I am purchasing machines, products, or parts of equipment’s after
making reasonable inquiries and marketing research through online and offline
media. I am completely satisfied with the deal, offered price of these machines,
products, or part of equipment. I am making this deal on my own behalf and on
my own responsibility. No other person on my behalf is liable for this deal. I accept all the terms and conditions and
policies of the company, and I honor all terms and conditions set with this
deal. I also accept the non-refund and non-adjustment of payment clause once
the payments have been made.
- I have received machines or products or equipment in a
properly working conditions after taking installation demonstration on site in
my presence and supervision.
- I have carefully read and understood the company policy and
other terms and conditions. In case of any technical issue related to the
performance of the machine/equipment the services shall be provided by AAMAC as
per standard warranty clause for one year and thereafter under AMC if the buyer
opts for AMC (on chargeable basis) after the lapse of standard warranty period
of one year from the date of purchase.
